The Finnish Airforce
The Finnish Air Force of World War Two was a unique air arm. It fought against overwhelming odds againt the Soviets in the Winter War, before the Second World War, and during the Continuation War during the Second World War in which it allied itself with Nazi Germany. What is also unique about this air arm is the fact that it flew a unique conglomerate of fighters, bombers, and so on. Included in this hodge-podge was the Hawker Hurricane, Me-109, B-239 (Bewster Buffalo), and captured Russian aircraft such as the LaGG-3 and I-153. For our purposes we will use the Hawker Hurricane for training and combat as it handles well, has strong armament, and is very forgiving for beginners. However, the C.O., Exec. Officer, and seasoned veterans may pick from any combat aircraft used by the Finnish Airforce in WWII.
